What Christmas trees does Hermie offer?
At Hermie, we offer artificial Christmas trees. Due to circumstances, we are unable to offer real Christmas trees this season.
What types of Christmas decorations do you have?
You will find, among other things:
- Artificial Christmas trees (with or without lights)
- Christmas lighting for indoors and outdoors: Christmas tree lights, string lights, illuminated figures, flagpole Christmas trees, etc.
- Christmas tree decorations: baubles, ornaments, tree toppers, fake snow, etc.
- Christmas textiles & soft toys: cushions, throws, soft toys, etc.
- Christmas villages / miniature houses & accessories (e.g. Lemax) to build an atmospheric village.
What are the shipping conditions for Christmas items?
- Many Christmas decorations and lights come with free delivery from €40 in Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Large and/or heavy orders may be shipped via pallet transport, which takes slightly longer (2-3 working days for delivery).
- For normal parcel shipments, orders placed before 5 p.m. are usually shipped the same day.
What about delivery times around the Christmas period?
- Although we normally guarantee fast shipping, busy periods and extra transport time around the holidays can cause delays. This is due to high demand both in our warehouse and at the couriers.
- Please ensure you place your order in good time — especially for Christmas trees, lights and decorations — so that you can be sure everything will be delivered on time.
- Keep an eye on our shipping information and announcements for any exceptions.
Can I return or exchange Christmas items?
- Hermie offers a 30-day cooling-off period to register items for return.
- After registration, you have 14 days to actually return the item.
- Some products are excluded from return: Christmas trees, gift cards, etc.
- In case of defect or damage, you must report this as soon as possible with photos; Hermie will then take care of further processing.
How can I ensure that my Christmas tree and lights are safe?
- For real trees: good care, sufficient water, correct placement (not too close to heating or open fires).
- For lighting: check that cables, plugs and lights are suitable for outdoor use (if you use them outside) and that everything complies with safety standards.
